The New York State Cheese Manufacturers’ Association is offering one $1,000.00 scholarship for students enrolled for the 2011--2012 academic year. 

The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage students to explore programs related to dairy foods science and processing, with a focus on cheese manufacturing.  Applicants must have completed at least 2 full semesters and provide their most recent transcripts.  Scholarship applications for the 2011-2012 year along with enclosures must be received by February 10, 2012 and will be announced/awarded at our Annual Conference in Syracuse, NY, March 6, 2012.
